Damaged beams, uprights and bracing need individual assessment. RackMax assists with replacement and refurbishment enquiries, based on the condition of the system and the work required.

Repair or replace?

Refurbishment is not suitable for every component. Surface preparation and coating do not restore lost structural strength. Where damage, corrosion or compatibility makes reuse unsuitable, replacement is the appropriate route.

We do not weld cold-formed racking components. Proposed work must suit the system and be assessed before it proceeds.

Send clear photographs, component dimensions, rack identification and your site location. Include the original inspection report if you have one.
