Know what needs attention

Rack damage can be easy to overlook during a busy shift. A visual inspection helps identify damaged components and other visible issues so the next steps can be prioritised.

RackMax assists with visual racking inspections and reports recording the findings and recommended actions.

What a visual assessment can cover

• Visible damage to uprights, beams and bracing.
• Beam engagement and visible locking-pin issues.
• Corrosion and deterioration.
• Visible condition of protection and accessible fixings.
• Load notices and information available for the system.

From findings to action

We record items requiring attention and can quote on an agreed repair or replacement scope. Access and inspection limitations are recorded in the report.

A visual inspection does not by itself establish an unknown load capacity or provide a structural design certification.

Reporting damage

If a component appears seriously damaged or unstable, keep the affected area out of use pending assessment. Send photographs, the rack location and your site details when reporting damage.
